Théo starts music at 7 years old in a choir, then with a guitar teacher for 2 years. Very attracted by the drums, he begins the practice of this instrument at the age of 10, at the music school.
As part of the courses he will follow with different teachers and in various structures (music school, CRD of Le Rheu, CRR of Saint-Brieuc in Jazz cycle and CRR of Rennes in current music), he will be interested as much in drums as in African and Cuban percussions. He graduated from the DEM of current music at the conservatory of Rennes.
At the age of 14, he joined his 1st music group. After having been a member of many projects including: Jolly People (song/rock), PhilhiP (Neo-Soul), Rataxès (Duo bass-drums Post-rock experimental), he now officiates in FAYGO (Reggae), Nâtah Big Band (Breton music/Current music), Mamylove Sarambé (Afro-métissé), Niomoye (neo-soul in French), Mata Hari (Afrobeat), as a drummer and / or percussionist while simultaneously being a chorister.
For FAYGO, he signs his 1st piece in 2020, being mainly accompanist, arranger and studio musician, so he is now also a composer.
Influenced as much by jazz, reggae, funk drummers as by world music percussionists, he draws his ideas from all music, as long as they know how to touch the soul! Music is for him a vector of ideas and feelings, but above all an art of sharing that allows to reach the fullness of the spirit.
In 2020-2021, via several trips abroad (Togo, Thailand, Reunion Island), he is interested in new percussion and traditional music in order to enrich his musical game.
